Simple terms help you plan with confidence. Your final itinerary, price, and payment details are confirmed in writing before you book.
Payment
Confirm your tour with a 25% advance payment.
The advance payment secures the agreed tour and allows accommodation and other services to be reserved. The remaining 75% is paid after you arrive in Sri Lanka.
Cancellation
Refunds depend on when you cancel.
- More than 30 days before the tour: 75% of the advance payment is refunded.
- 15 to 30 days before the tour: 50% of the advance payment is refunded.
- Fewer than 15 days before the tour: any refund is limited to amounts that can be recovered from hotels and other providers.
Cancellation timing is measured from the scheduled tour start date. Any non-refundable provider costs and the refund calculation will be explained to you.
